Place half of the spaghetti squash in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until desired baked consistency. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.Remove from skillet and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add in the mushrooms and saute until they are both cooked - about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, drizzle oil into a large pan over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes. In the meantime, dice onion and saute in large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Bake squash in the oven for 45 minutes until tender.Prepare a 9x13" baking dish by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. After 25 minutes, switch your oven to the broiler setting. Add the parmesan cheese without the 2 tablespoon reserved for topping. Remove from oven, scoop some onto your plate, and enjoy! In a large bowl, combine spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until desired baked consistency.Sprinkle evenly with feta and mozzarella cheeses. Finally, fold in the spaghetti squash until it is mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. Continue to stir and combine until all ingredients are mixed in thoroughly. Add the cream cheese, roasted red peppers, garlic, and Mediterranean seasoning.Once cooked thoroughly, transfer to the large mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic and break up the turkey as much as you can. In a large to medium pot, over medium-high heat, brown the Italian sausage until just done. Using the same skillet, spray again with nonstick spray and add the ground turkey and chicken broth (this is important in keeping the turkey juicy and moist despite it being super low fat). Reduce oven temperature to 375-degrees in preparation for the casserole.Remove from oven and allow to rest until cool enough to handle. Bake in the preheated oven until skin can easily be pierced with a fork and spaghetti squash is tender, 40 to 60 minutes, depending on size of spaghetti squash. Add in the mushrooms and saute until they are both cooked – about 8 minutes. Place spaghetti squash, cut-side down, on the baking sheet.
